SIZE: 3/4" fine silver disc (size of a penny) with a 14k gold-fill heart soldered over the location of your choice. 

LOCATION OF HEART: PLEASE SPECIFY THE CITY YOU'D LIKE THE HEART TO BE PLACED OVER IN UPON CHECKOUT.

THICKNESS: I use 18 gauge fine silver sheet metal (1mm thick) to craft this necklace. It has a lovely, substantial feel to it.
